We heard that their pizza was out of this world and ordered from them in the fall of 2008. Our first couple of times ordering was pretty good. The pizza came hot. Then in the winter we ordered for the 4th & 5th time and the pizza and everything else we ordered was cold, REALLY COLD. I thought that maybe they had a busy night or something and put it in my own oven to heat it up. The next time we ordered the pizza was REALLY cold again and they didn't put all the items we ordered on them and all 3 times the pizza was UNDER COOKED, (mushy and soggy). I called the next day and asked to speak to the manager. A girl got on the phone and said she was one of the managers. I told her that the last 2 or 3 times we ordered food from them, was really cold and that they even forgot to put Items that came on the pizza, on it and it was under cooked ( Our orders are usually around $ 45-50 to feed 6-7 people) The manager informed me, (very snotty and rude tone of voice), that they DO NOT use hot box's/bags to deliver their food and that I should have called the manager that night to complain. She blamed the cold weather we were having, (It was 10:30 P.M both nights as we eat kind of late sometimes). We stopped ordering from them for a little while. Then Last night June 18, 2009 we decided to give them another chance, spending around $40.00 on a pizza, 2 subs (1 chicken and 1 super steak) and a salad. **** Here is what we got for our hard earned money. Another cold, over loaded and under cooked, mushy, soggy pizza that we got sick off of, 2 of the worst cold, soggiest subs we have ever eaten in our whole lives, and a salad that was wilted with rotten lettuce and tomatoes that taste like something you would buy out of a gas station. I was kind of wondering if they got the lettuce out of a near by grocery store's dumpster. (don't laugh, it has been done before from some Chinese Restaurant's, and on the news) Not only am I not going to order from them again, nor am I going to call and complain again (because they don't care), but I'm going to call the Wayne County Health Dept. this time. People, take my advice and don't eat there! I grew up in the restaurant and food business and they are one of, if not the worst, pizza/restaurant's I have encountered. They don't seem to conform to health regulations first of all buy under cooking their food and then delivering it Luke warm-cold. They use less than acceptable ingredients, and the worst of all they don't care about you. So if you like praying to the porcelain gods after eating, then that should be your place for dinning. YUK 12 thumbs down

Andy's Pizza&Subs has some of the best subs downriver. They cater to my food cravings and are open AND deliver until one in the morning on weekends. This makes them first on my list when I am having a party and need food later in the evening.
